Room service was prompt and the staff was friendly. the breakfast was acceptable each morning.
The address was misleading which made it difficult to find.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during my business trip. I also appreciated the central location that made it easy to explore the city and attend meetings. The hot shower was a highlight after a long day at work.
My room had a few issues that needed attention such as the TV and fan that didn't work, and the tap in the shower that was faulty. the lack of card payment options was inconvenient and caused me to pay higher fees for withdrawing cash.
